Some songs such as the first track are great but a lot of them rely too much on the singer and don't really have enough of a raison d'être. The final track, which is a cover song, is done in too quiet of a fashion and I can't get into it. I'd say half the songs are okay but flawed, and the other half is straight up good.   Sep 23, 2024

He​á​fodb​á​n switches things up between pagan BM and war metal, and sometimes it's hard to notice exactly when things switched because it's these transitions that really show their great composing skill. There's also a trace of depressive BM in there, and it works wonderfully like the rest of the metal. The last two tracks, folk & drone, are okay to my ear, but the rest of the album is straight up rapturous.   Sep 18, 2024

The atmosphere of a desolate travesty permeates this quick album, so it's not on the typically extremely sassy side of sasscore. This might be a plus or a minus for you if you're familiar with the obscure microgenre. I was looking for good dissonant BM. Though I had my suspicions about mathcore being in the mix, I'm very happy I gave it a try. The unique combination of sub-genres is refreshing, but the apocalyptic and hectic vibes astounded me. I can't get enough of this devastating album.   Sep 15, 2024

Very interesting music here, and quite different & unique. One member is from Vile Haint, which I respect a ton, and the awesome Starer is a guest. It's good and surely quite challenging to play. These songs didn't work as well for me as something by TesseracT or Polyphia, and I started getting impatient. Maybe this one's better for metalheads who are super partial to progressive metal.   Sep 15, 2024

85-90, 예전에 빽판으로 즐기던 음반. 운이 좋게 다시 시디로 구입하게 들어보게 되었다. 지금 이 시점에서는 좋게 들렸고 시원시원했다. 녹음은 거칠긴 하나 가끔 너무 갑갑한 믹싱이 되어 있는 메탈음반이 많은데 차라리 이런 식으로 만드는게 낫다 싶다. 1,2집도 언제인가는 구해지지 않을까 생각해본다.   Oct 30, 2024

90-95. 이 시기의 블가 앨범들은 다 좋은 듯. hansi의 보컬을 더 느끼고 싶어서 사모으기 시작한 앨범인데 그렇다고 나랑 맞는 음악을 하는 밴드가 아닐 수 있었지만 지금까지 몇번들어본 결과는 만족스러운 행진 중이다. the eldar같은 곡은 지금의 나에게는 최고의 곡. 인트로+본곡 같은 스타일로 중복이 되는데 큰 단점같지는 않다. 조화롭게 잘 넘어갔다.   2 days ago

어쿠스틱 기타, 첼로, 플루트 등을 이용하여 녹음한 어쿠스틱 사운드의 작품이다. 그러나 표현하고자 하는 사운드의 방향성 자체는 무겁고 진지하다. 멜로디가 약간 서늘한 냉기를 품고 있다. 더운 여름에 들으면 시원함을 느낄 수도 있지만 대체로 가을의 분위기에 잘 어울린다. 커버아트와 음악의 매칭이 절묘하다.   6 days ago
