A fantastic album and great atmosphere all over the album, the songs are catchy, great vocals, Enslaved are Enslaved. Familiar, but yet new and mysterious. Great album!

Enslaved na novinke "Heimdal" opäť kombinujú Black Metal -ové prvky s Prog. Metal -om. Niektoré časti sa mi páčia viac, niektoré menej. Spev opäť strieda rev/chrapot s melodickým spevom (ten sa mi páči viac).

Here's one of those well-regarded bands that I never got around to. I'm really impressed by how this album jumps between quite a few sub-genres, plays each one very well, and makes them fit together naturally. Especially with that softer type of proggy stuff which can sometimes lose my attention. I will be trying more from their discography. Respect to the veteran band.
