V roku 1998 vydali Tyran' Pace po 12 ročnej prestávke návratové album "Take a Seat in the High Row", avšak je zvláštne, keď na albume nefiguruje ani jeden člen z pôvodnej zostavy (zostáv), ktoré sa podieľali na predošlých troch radových albumoch. Zároveň stýlovo je hudba úplne inde a kombinuje skôr Prog. Rock/Metal s občasnými prvkami Alternatívy. Niektoré nápady sú lepšie, no je tam veľa priemeru.
