Imperfection

When I think about us
How we blame each other out of pride
How much pain we feel inside
There is so much more to gain
We called it home for a while
While living in this cave barley surviving, all these years
What could have made our love run dry?
So why
Aren’t we sick about these lies?
We talk about trust
We talk about hope
But none of these words bring us back to
Life, over and over again
When I think about us
How come that we’ve nеver ever triеd
To see it with both eyes
That this world comes to an end
We should not
Give a shit about what could have come
Or about what we have done
Lets start to push these clouds aside
What could have made our love run dry
We are - who we are
We do - what we do
We live - how we live
We are - who we are
So why
Aren’t we sick about these lies?
We talk about trust

Life, the so-called perfect life
