테크니컬보단 프로그레시브에 가깝지 않을까 생각해본다. 프록 메탈이 한때는 현란한 스킬을, 한때는 여러 다양한 악기(혹은 소리)를 핵심으로 이루어지기도 하였으나, 요즘은 서사에 집중하는 게 유행이 아닌가 싶다. 이 앨범은 이 서사적 프로그레시브 메탈을 고밀도로 해내었다고 생각한다.
