A true masterpiece, "Passenger" brings all of the best parts of metalcore into a single collection of beautiful, soulful art. Yet somehow, trying to categorize it is almost insulting. This is what happens when you combine an unbelievable bowl of musical writing with raw emotion. There is nothing but talent here. No second is left untouched, with every chunk of delicious unhinged creativity leading perfectly into the next. This is what music is meant to be.
Feeling a connection in any small piece of music is already a gift, but to have that connection maintained through 46 consecutive minutes is no more than a blessing. Thank you.
