Industrial Rock / Metal의 가장 큰 대중적인 기여를 한 밴드로 상당히 기계적인 사운드로 자연미가 없던 장르에 Melody를 부각시켜 Industrial Rock / Metal의 선구자로 자리 잡은 밴드다. 무엇보다 본작은 초기 Industrial Music에서 보다 Synthesizer의 비중이 크게 차지한게 대중성을 이끈 것 같다. 전형적인 댄서너블한 Rhythm과 Sampling의 사용은 유지되고 감각적인 Vocal line으로 귀를 사로 잡는 매력은 Pop Music과 견주어도 전혀 꿀리지 않는 것 같다.

Al Jourgensen a jeho Ministry vydávajú po troch rokoch nové Industrial Rock-Metal -ové album. A lot of really good ideas and unique aspects to this album that were groundbreaking at the time. Probably most later Industrial Metal bands used this thing as a blueprint. The speedy, riff-focused parts of this are great, like Tv 2 and Hero, which rip along at chainsaw shredding speed. The album starts off quite energetically, with some simple yet aggressive and heavy riffs and some artificial but effective beats with some nice double bass work giving it some extra power.
