Al Jourgensen a jeho Ministry vydávajú po troch rokoch nové Industrial Rock-Metal -ové album. "Moral Hygiene" kombinuje dobré a aj priemerné hudobné prvky, avšak z môjho pohľadu obsahuje až príliš veľa rušivých, hovorených a industriálnych zvukov / pazvukov, ktoré oslabujú časť piesní. Al sa opäť obklopil prevažne novými spoluhráčmi a spev, ako aj časť nástrojov nahral sám (niektoré gitary, klávesy, mix zvukov). Výraznou časťou Ministry sú politicky orientované texty, pričom aj tu sú niektoré lepšie a niektoré menej dotiahnuté (mohli byť napr. viac rozpracované a adresnejšie). Určite to nie je ich najpodarenejšie album v diskografii, avšak kto má rád svojský industrial, toho by mohlo osloviť viac. Pre mňa je zatiaľ najlepšie ich "Psalm 69" z roku 1992.

A lot of really good ideas and unique aspects to this album that were groundbreaking at the time. Probably most later Industrial Metal bands used this thing as a blueprint. The speedy, riff-focused parts of this are great, like Tv 2 and Hero, which rip along at chainsaw shredding speed. The album starts off quite energetically, with some simple yet aggressive and heavy riffs and some artificial but effective beats with some nice double bass work giving it some extra power.
