Special Forces

Special Forces came out during what Alice has called his Blackout Years. He recorded four albums during the early 80's he doesn't really remember. He came back a few years later cleaned up permanently and still rocks today. This album is fun. Not his best but there is some hard rocking stuff on here and not a bad album but with Alice you expect more than good, because this man is great!

앨리스 쿠퍼 옹의 여섯번째 솔로 앨범인데, 하드록 하면 떠올리는 사운드하고는 약간 거리가 있게 느껴집니다. 기존의 하드록을 베이스로하여 이래저래 독특한 방향으로 많이 손봤습니다. 연주는 정말 단순하고 간단하게 진행하고 그 위에 리드미컬하게 보컬을 얹어가는 느낌으로, 간략함 속에 실험적인 부분까지 엿보입니다. 다소 심심한 느낌은 어쩔수 없네요.
