본작은 분명한 고딕/둠/데스이다. 아무래도 이들이 1993년 노선을 바꾼데에는 당시 막 인기를 끌기 시작했을 My dying bride나 Paradise Lost의 초기 앨범들이 큰 영향을 끼치지 않았을까 쉽게 유추해 볼수 있는데 본작의 음악이 거기에서 영향을 받되 고
