짜임새 있는 파워메탈을 들려주는 캐나다 팀이다. 적당한 스피드와 찰진 리듬, 괜찮은 멜로디를 균형감 있게 조합해 낸다. 그런 이유로 전반적인 완성도가 높다. 특히 시원시원한 보컬의 음색이 사운드의 전체적인 색깔을 구축하는데 긍정적인 영향력을 보여준다. Rush, 메이플시럽, 야구배트 뿐만 아니라 Borealis도 캐나다를 멋진 나라로 생각하는데 기여하고 있다.
