I tried a lot of sludge today, and I loved this one the most. It has such a bleak atmosphere, and the emotions are so powerful the whole 48 minutes feel like a great drama unfolding. The blend of genres is a real pleasure too. I do feel a little post-hardcore peeking out of the sludge throughout. Anyway, now I'm very curious how their other albums sound.
