아시아에 이런 밴드가 있다는 것이 믿기지 않을만큼 완성도가 높은 일본 메탈코어밴드 Crystal Lake의 5집. Helix/Aeon은 유명한 게임인 Doom Eternal의 OST로 넣어도 손색이 없을 정도의 파괴력을 지니고 있다.

전작과 마찬가지로 좀 약하지만 요즘 트렌드에 딱 맞는 메탈코어 스타일의 앨범이다. 코어도 옛날에 비해 점점 스타일이 변해가는 시대에 크리스탈 레이크는 그 유행에 정말 잘 따라가는듯. 근대 의외로 라이브는 거의 데스코어급으로 개빡쎄게 함

아마도 이들의 최고작이 되지 않을까 싱글로 나왔던 The Circle이 초반 트랙에 끼어있었으면 5점 더 주었을 듯
