Dealer is a band that's always been ride or die in the newer age of singles and EPs. Coming off the band splitting ways just a few years ago, my expectations for their newer music weren't high. However, single after single were released and sounded like a refined sound from an experienced vocalist and a lot of new members. The album continued this surprising trend with more heavy as can be nu-metalcore, not quite contending with Alpha Wolf but rather trading blows with Aiden's old band. With the year already a strong one for the metal scene, I think this may be swept under the rug a bit. The proof that Dealer is still one of the heaviest bands in the scene is laid out here, in their first studio album. Really good work.

Standard issue Dealer EP. Nothing really new and nothing to really remind you of their prime. Mid at best, but others may find it to be a lot better than I do.
