Surreal Overdose is a typical album of Deceased, so those who like their previous few albums will definitely appreciate it

oproti predošlým je rýchlejšie, aj keď naďalej čerpá z viacerých štýlov, čiže kombinácia Thrash/Death/Heavy Metal -u, pričom Thrash -ový element je najviac zastúpený. no samozrejme nezabudli ani na melodické gitarové prvky a klasické sóla. Podarené album.
