The album title is probably meant to be a German translation of the famous WWI novel All Quiet on the Western Front by Erich Maria Remarque, the German title of which is actually Im Westen nichts Neues ("Nothing new in the West"). The awkward translation in the album title means "Everybody calms down on the Western front side".
