I'd rather call this album 'dissonant death metal' than technical death metal. Some tracks like 'Taufbefehl' is a bit simple in structure to be tagged as 'technical'. But It doesn't mean that this album isn't technical enough. Some tracks are played with Ulcerate-esque technical level of musicianship. Those who love the musical combination of dissonance and brutality would appreciate Nightmarer's effort. Overall, this album is a good album with engaging sound characteristics.
