Djent 슬램? Rendered helpless의 4번째 정규입니다.
전작의 기계적인 불탈사운드를 한층더 발전시켰으며 슬램에서 볼 수 없는 지능적이고 다채로운 구성이 인상깊습니다. 젠트의 영향을 강하게 받은 것으로 보이며, thall적인 요소도 곳곳에 숨어 있습니다.
다만 곡간의 두드러지는 차이가 거의 없어 거기서 거기같아 보인다는 점은 조금 아쉬운 부분이나, 슬래밍 브루탈데스의 새로운 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 들어볼 만한 가치가 충분한 앨범이라 사료됩니다. 좌우지간 향후 이 밴드의 행보가 궁금해집니다.

Though slam tends to be about turning off your brain and just feeling the smashing and the blood & guts, this music is more brooding and it activates my intellect as well. A very pleasant surprise, and it's done very well too. A big musical journey for just 28 minutes.
