커버는 일본의 고어 만화가 하라사키의 일러스트다. 고젠의 커버를 그린 우지가 Y타만큼 유명하진 않지만 하라사키도 뛰어난 고어 만화가인데, 음악은 그에 비하지 못하다. 스쿨걸 어폰 다이 콥스는 너무 친절해졌고, 모에 시크리션도 아직 많이 미숙하다.
