러브크래프트를 컨셉으로 잡고 그야말로 무자비한 리프로 무장했던 데뷔작과 2집을 생각해보면, 상당히 연화된 악곡을 들려준다. 초기의 헤비니스를 어느정도 살려둔 채, 리버브가 올라간, 상당히 멜로딕한 기타솔로까지 곁들이고 전작과 마찬가지로 주술적인 나레이션까지 끼얹었으니 아주 세련된 데쓰메탈이 되어버렸다. 문제는 그래도 여전히 좋다는 것이다.

Oh hell yes, Lovecraftian themes expressed so beautifully through musical composition in addition to the words on the album. I learned this was blackened death metal, but I was surprised at how deeply melancholic it is. This fits perfectly with Lovecraft's lonely protagonists who venture out of humanity's sight. There's arcane atmosphere as well. Almost tempted to move it up to 95. Class act all around.
