아르헨티나의 메탈 밴드 Tersivel
2003년에 결성된 밴드이지만 8년이나 지나서야 데뷔앨범을 낸 밴드이다.
이 밴드의 사운드는 Folk Metal 에 베이스를 두고 있지만
앨범을 듣다보면 수많은 장르들로 부터 영향을 받았음을 알수있다.
Power Metal, Pagan Metal, Viking Metal 등등
왠만한 Folk Metal 밴드들보다는 훨씬 헤비한 편이지만
앨범 중간중간 어쿠스틱 기타나 풀룻을 이용하여 중심은 잃지 않는다.
Folk Metal의 수장격인 Folkearth의 요즘 앨범을 들어보면 영 별로인데
Tersivel 앨범이 훨씬 에픽하며 메탈과 포크의 벨런스가 훨씬 낫다.
Production 도 흠잡을데가 없다.
2011년 최고의 Extreme Folk Metal 앨범은 For One Pagan Brotherhood 이다.
