My pick of the day. It's amazingly cathartic even when it phases into its most brutal moments. It's interesting how a black metal band can be this brutal without sounding anything like death metal. The sound is really nature-worship but it's their own unique version of it. Yes it's original and it feels really majestic. The album ended before I realized it was a long album with track lengths longer than 15 minutes.
