I walk in envy of those who've expired
Murderous visions of those I despise
Desperate and fleeting mortality's fire
Masking the fear hidden deep in their eyes
Butchered and beaten for crimes uncommitted

Descending toward death raging and lucid
Vindicating my accusers' demise
Eulogy has echoed away to this pit now committed
Ashes to ashes I refuse to rest
Until death is conquered overthrown
Hide me from the hangman's eye, that are my own
Threshold of life beckons the grave allures
Rest this misresurrection no flesh endures
Will the soul transcend or decay
As with this shell the earth is fed
