Unheard, Unhealed Lyrics

Years of prayer falling from feeble lips. The desperation, intensely screaming out. Bound by paralysis, crippled in place, these days they move too slow. How I wish to speak, to urge these concerns. The horror goes untold. Screaming for release, muted by the fate of a harsh reality. Through years of faith and servitude, molested and abused. Never once did I see this curse befall. Quivering lips signaling the cries for healing and release. His body pressed against mine, his hand around my neck. Whimpering in fear, the shedding of tears, my God will only watch.
