갑자기 바뀐 4인체제에도 불구하고 빡센 사운드를 들려준다. crush에서 멋지게 달려주시는건 좋았는데 Inside Out은 다임백이 참여했음에도 다소 심심한것 같다. 차라리 다임백이 참여한 또 다른 곡 Born Again Idiot에 한표를 더 주고 싶다. Killing Box에서는 뭐야? 앤스랙스식 인더스트리얼인가? 하는 느낌도 들었다. 그 뒤로는 계속 지루함의 연속.... 하지만 존부쉬 보컬은 적어도 쓰래쉬에 최적화된 목소리가 아닌가 한다.

Yeah, it was their weakest album yet. It's not terrible, but its reputation is rather warranted. Mostly boring Groove Metal, a sad mix of humor and tough guy act.

Me costó mucho llegar a aceptar este trabajo, pero con las escuchas ha ganado mucho. Anthrax, menuda gran banda, tanto con Belladona como con Bush a la voz.

napriek tomu, že John Bush je kvalitný spevák a s pôvodnou skupinou Armored Saint nahral výborné albumy, do štýlu Anthrax veľmi nezapadol, aj keď to určite bolo spôsobené aj zmenou štýlu a zvuku. Štýl na albume je medzi: Grunge/Alternative/Groove metal
