멜로디와 드라마틱한 사운드가 강조되었던 Artillery의 데뷔 앨범 Fear of Tomorrow은 큰 반향을 일으켰던 것은 아니지만, Thrash Metal 팬들에게 이들의 매력을 어필하기에는 충분한 작품이었다. 하지만, 유럽이라는 지리적 한계는 밴드에게 있어서 반드시 극복되어야할 산이었다. 이 당시에만 해도 아직 독일은 물론이거니와 북유럽 국가들의 메탈씬 역시 지금처럼 활성화되어 있지는 않았다. 독일에서만이 Kreator나 Helloween, Destruction의 등장으로 막 씨앗을 발아했을 뿐이었다. 유럽권 메탈 밴드들의 눈이 영/미로 향하게 되는 것은 당연지사였다. 그러기 위해서는 메탈 음악의 중심지의 틀에 맞출 필요가 있었는데, Artillery의 Terror Squad는 미국 스래쉬 메탈의 영향이 느껴지는 작품이다. 강력한 리프와 저돌적인 사운드는 당시 미국내에 산재해 있던 스래쉬 메탈 밴드들의 보편적인 방법론이었다. Fear of Tomorrow에서도 이러한 요소들은 드러나 있었지만, 본작에서는 그러한 부분이 확연하게 드러나고 있다. 다만 이로인해 데뷔 앨범에서부터 여타 밴드들과 차별화를 이루었던 이들의 음악적 특질이 다소 약화된 것 같아서 아쉽게 생각된다. 드라마틱한 구성이나 멜로딕한 전개는 여전히 드러나고 있지만, 그 정도는 확실히 묽어졌다. 게다가 프로 ... Very good thrash album with killer riffs. My problem with this band is and always will be the vocals.

Fantastic Thrash that should not be dismissed because of the cover. Every song here is fantastic, filled with ripping riffs.
