전작부터 보다 모던해진 멜로딕 블랙 메탈의 노선을 보여준 벨페고르의 최근작이다. 음악적인 변화때문인지 구성때문인지 특별히 드러나는 킬링트랙이 부재했던 전작에 비해 곡들의 개성이 뚜렷하며, Pestapokalypse 이후의 무자비한 보컬은 어느정도 무게감을 더하는 대신 기존의 사악한 감은 줄어든 듯하다. 그러나 트레몰로피킹이 메인리프가 아닌 백킹리프를 장악하고 상당히 무겁고 테크니컬한 파워코드진행을 앞에 내세워 전체적으로 웅장한 분위기가 조성된다. 이러한 모습은 오프닝곡인 In Blood - Devour This Sanctity와 타이틀 곡에서 잘 드러나며, Discipline Through Punishment는 개인적으로 주목해왔던 이들만의 미들템포 곡이다. 무자비하게 달려주던 초중기의 작법과 모던하고 장중한 노선이 잘 결합된 앨범.

It's impressive how filthy & grimy Belphegor's sound gets. I was listening to some happy music and I wanted to bring some balance to the mood. This heavy and infernal album worked perfectly.
