피프쓰 엔젤 출신의 제임스 버드가 그룹탈퇴후 새롭게 결성했던 아틀란티스 라이징의 데뷔앨범. 90년 전후로 셀수없이 많은 헤비메틀 명반들 홍수속에 그룹명인 rising과는 반대로 완전히 묻혀버린 앨범이다. 하지만 제임스 버드의 유려한 기타 멜로디와 프레디 크루민의 매력적인 비음의 파워 보컬은 이앨범을 그냥 지나칠수 없게 만든다.
