상당히 깔끔한전개와 조금은 심플함까지 갖춘 Menhir 의 5집 입니다. 조금 공백기가 길었지만, 바이킹적인 요소가 다분했던 초창기 때를 더욱더 강조한 멜로디파트는 키보드를 중심으로 짜여지는 전개를 확실하게 보여주는 편입니다. 거칠지 않으면서 간결한 리듬과 조금 쏠려있는 구성요소를 보인다는 점이 페이건블랙메틀 치고는 확실하게 드러나는 편이며, 보이스의 사악함은 최대한 억제하고 흥얼거린다는 표현이 어울릴듯한 여유까지 보이는 전개가 거부감이 크게 들지 않는 밴드입니다.
