Mental Cruelty ponúka na albume "Zwielicht" kombináciu Deathcore, Metalcore a občas aj Black Metal. Štýlovo ma to moc neoslovilo

비슷한 음악을 하는 로나 쇼어보다 훨씬 났다. 대충 달리면서 무지성으로 브레이크다운 박아버리는 로나 쇼어에 비해서 데스코어적인 면이 덜하고 멜로딕 블랙 메탈을 연상시키는 트레몰로 스타일에 멜로딕한 사운드가 더 두드러져있다, 역시 유럽밴드답게 선배 밴드들의 음악을 많이 참고한 느낌이다. 8번트랙은 마치 윈터선의 음악을 듣는듯한 느낌이 들기도?
