Magick with Tears

For 1 1/2 years MWT was not released due to shady business practice and a number
of excuses by Patricio of Tyrannus/Emissary Records.

The go to excuse was the vinyl company was taking too long to make the records,
yet, months after this release was made and not sent to the band and customers
who bought the album, it is clear that Tyrannus Records has ripped off nearly
all the pre-order buyers and the musicians themselves, after countless promises
that they would be the first to receive their copies after the long delay.

Instead, the majority of them, including the band, saw a number of labels and
distributers stock these albums, some having to order these items a second time.
Since there were not many copies of this release, it is alleged that instead of
shipping the albums that people preordered 1.5 years ago, he simply resold them
again to labels like The End to make a further profit.

The shape of the album received was also an issue as well. The corners of the
gatefold were usually bent, and very flimsy. In addition, these were originally
supposed to come with a backpatch, yet only a handful of people got one of
those.

There are also complaints (verification found at RB's Hellride Forum) that
Patricio is still selling this album (at least, collecting money) to people, yet
again they are not receiving this album.

Anyone interested in this album is advised to not buy from Tyrannus and fund him
further, instead they should probably wait until this album has a fully
legitimate release, as this 1st pressing's legitimacy has ran out.
