The Who.

Metal Kingdom accepts 'Hard Rock' genre. We all know hard rock genre is a separated from metal. But I assume 'Eagle' put 'Hard Rock' just in his favor. Bunch of bands have been deleted for musical vagueness but I don't mind considering the Metal Kingdom's acceptance of Hard Rock.

It sounds poppy to me when it comes to The Who.

I get that. But please understand that arguing over whether this band doesn't belong to here or not would be chaotic. If you really don't like The Who being here, you can send a memo to 'Eagles' so that it can be decided by a poll.

Proto-metal bands in 60-70s are acceptable

Hard rock bands are acceptable in Metal Kingdom. Also, as 'The Who' was submitted by Eagles himself, it is a fat chance for you to make him get 'The Who' out of this site. Hope you understand his criteria.
