이번 앨범을 앞두고 싱글과 EP를 겹치고 또 겹치고 또 덮고 덮어서 내다보니 막상 정규 스튜디오 나와서 들으니 이미 약간 물려서.... "이를 테면 '밥 때가 되었는데 밥시간 전에 이미 뭘 잔뜩 먹어둬서 본식사 때 밥이 목으로 넘어가질 않는 느낌이랄까요?'" 이번 앨범 내기 전 사전에 싱글/EP 발매에서 일정이나 순서 등 작전을 잘못짜서 실패한 거 같아요! "그렇다고 곡이 나쁘고 듣기에 좋지 않다는 것이 아닙니다!" "잘 만든 훌륭한 곡들 꽤 됩니다!" 다만, 다음 앨범 낼 때에는 싱글과 EP는 좀 봐가면서 공개해야 할듯 싶어요! 1 like | |

3번 곡 Divisive는 마치 송혜교 주연의 "더 글로리"의 한 장면을 떠올리면서, 괴롭힘에 대한 절망을 이야기 합니다. 2번 곡 Bad Man은 푸틴에 대한 비판을 담았고, Disturbed는 다른 밴드들과는 다르게 그들의 앨범에 꼭 시놉시스를 붙입니다! 사회문제에 대해서 곱씹어 봐야 할 쟁점들을 몇 곡에서 이야기하고 있어 듣는 게 마냥 편하지만은 않은 밴드입니다! 기타리스트 덴 도네건이 스래쉬 메탈을 한 전적이 있어 헤비메탈에 한층 더 가까워졌지만 밴드 초기의 그루브한 리듬감은 적어진 편은 좀 아쉽습니다! 1 like | |

누군가가 그러는데요, 뉴클리어블라스트가 에피카를 닦달하고 들들 볶아서 나온 앨범이 이거랍니다. 시모네도 목상태가 좋지 않았다고 하고, 멤버들도 약간 약간씩 컨디션들이 정상이 아니었다고 하네요. 그러니 급히 먹은 밥이 체할 밖에요. 아 그리고 위의 분이 내한공연 오기를 바란다고 했는데요, 그건 이루어질 수 없는 꿈일지도 모르겠네요. 우리나라 사람들이 에피카를 받아줄지도 의문이구요 [그런데 그것이 실제로 일어났습니다], 우리나라 대중들은 듣는 귀가 썪어서요 이런 좋은 곡들은 돼지 목에 진주목걸이 같은 것 일 수 도 있겠네요. 2 likes | |
