A really solid early 2010's metalcore album. Really lyrically moving at parts, with some strong similarities to Breakdown of Sanity's "Perception", with big heavy riffs. Unlike Perception, however, each song feels deeply unique. Landon's vocals are a little raw but coming the band's second full length album, it's pretty excusable. There's nothing truly wrong with it, but it doesn't stand out in a sea of really good albums around the time. Their later work (Happiness in Self Destruction and Swan Song) are definitely better overall in terms of pure sound, but overall it's good and a quality listen.
