무난한 멜로디와 전개로 애절하고도 맑은 선율을 들려주는 북유럽식 메탈이다. 프론트맨인 Pellek의 역량이 눈부시게 펼쳐지고 있으며, 애초에 메인 기타리스트가 스웨덴의 Tommy Reinxeed라는 점에서 동종계열에서 나름대로 인지도와 포스를 먹고 들어갈 수 있겠다. 많지는 않지만 게스트 보컬을 기용한 부분이 있어서 Tobias Sammet이 Avantasia를 처음 결성할 시점을 생각나게 하기도 한다. 희망차고 밝은, 특유의 멜로디 측면에서는 다른 어떤 파워메탈 밴드에게 밀릴 것이 없으며, 곡의 완급조절이나 세션들의 호흡이 잘 맞아떨어지는 구성을 지니고 있다. 특히 곡 전반을 감싸는 키보드의 활용이 두드러지는데 이 역시 Reinxeed의 역량이 적절하게 배안되었다는 것을 알 수 있게 해준다. Oliver Hartmann, Amanda Sommerville 등 굴지의 메탈 보컬리스트들과의 음색도 조화롭게 엮이는 부분도 특기할 만하며, 앨범의 전체적인 분위기가 비슷한데다가 상기한 보컬들의 실력이 워낙 출중하니 가사에 집중해 보는 것도 감상의 한 방법이 될 것으로 보인다. 타이틀 곡인 Bag of Tricks의 리프가 선사하는 청량감이 백미.
