Dark Tranquillity, The Halo Effect에 이어 삼다리를 걸치고 있는 미카엘 스탄네의 또 다른 밴드입니다. 장르는 Gothic으로 분류되고 있지만, 검은 선글라스와 가죽재킷을 입은 미카엘의 (조금은 얌전한) AOR 밴드 같다는 인상이 듭니다. Insomnium의 애수 짙은 멜로디가 잘 녹아난 앨범입니다. 80년대 감성이 물씬 풍기는 Never Look Back 필청 추천드립니다.

멜데스 거장의 고딕앨범. 미카엘의 클린보컬도 좋고, 2번째 곡이 가장 맘에 들지만 전반적으로 곡이 준수하다. 다만 곡이 비숫비슷한 부분이 많고 뒤로갈수록 힘이 떨어지는게 단점.

This supergroup got together for a change of sub-genre. Though it's in the good-not-great range for me it is, at least, fully gothic metal. So much music in recent years is a bunch of other genres with a tiny bit of gothic metal in the mix, leaving a truly great style in a forgotten past. Cemetery Skyline came to our rescue in that regard with this really solid release.
