The album concept is based on a book the band found in their rehearsal space (an old mental institution) called 'Tales From The Eternal Kingdom', written by a mental patient who was convicted for the murder of his wife. Both the music and the lyrics reflect the stories in the book.

미친듯이 늘어지는 분위기는 여전하다. 처절한 그로울링과 느슨한 미들템포, 정도를 알수없는 드라이브톤. 슬러지 메탈의 유연성과 프록적인 구성이 완벽하게 결합된 앨범이 아닐 수 없다. 느긋하게 시간을 보내며 BGM으로 틀어놓아도 손색이 없으며, 사색에 잠기기도 쉽다. 백미는 무엇보다도 동명의 타이틀 곡인 Eternal Kingdom. 뒤이어 나오는 Ghost Trail의 마지막 템포 조절도 특이한 부분이다. 극단적으로 내딛는 곡은 없지만, 적어도 전작의 Finland나 Dim에 버금가는 자장가(?) 수준은 아니다. 청자에 따라서는 상당한 지루함을 느낄 수 있는 것도 한계이지만, 장르 특성상 긴 러닝타임과 메탈적이지 않은 요소를 첨가한 것은 색다른 구성력을 체험해 볼 수 있는 기회가 될 것으로 보인다. 소품처럼 집어넣은 Interlude도 인상적이며, 전체적인 분위기는 밴드 특유의 허무와 처절함.
