Good album from the prolific Esoctrilihum, but not as good as some releases from 2022 & 2023. For some of these songs, it doesn't have the same lush but nightmarish soundscape he usually achieves, but a scratchier more bracing soundscape. Anyway, it all holds my attention, and it's good to try new things some times. The 12-string was nice addition. Still one of the best things I've heard this week.
