제게 텔레캐스터 유저하면 가장먼저 떠오르는 사람은 로이 부캐넌인데, 장르를 록, 메탈로 한정하면 John5 입니다. 물론 장르가 장르인지라 마개조를 거쳐, 기존의 3새들 + 싱글픽업 두개 달린 원형에서는 멀어진 모습이지만, 연주 스타일은 텔레캐스터 특유의 톤에서 나오는 장점을 잘 살리고 있습니다. 컨트리와 슈레딩을 기반으로한 연주들이 완벽에 가깝습니다.

마티프리드먼과 버킷헤드 스타일이 2:8?정도로 섞인듯한 인스트루멘틀 앨범이다. 물론 앨범 구성이나 분위기 등이 그렇다는 것이고 존파이브만의 신선한 느낌도 한껏 느낄 수 있다. 연주 앨범 치고는 감탄이 절로 나올만한 감동포인트가 딱히 없다는 점에서 80점을 매겼으나 듣기 좋음은 부인할 수 없다.
