중세의 흑마술적인 가사, 연극적인 구성 및 컨셉, 브리티시 헤비메탈적인 연주 그리고 스래쉬를 방불케하는 저돌성으로 현재의 블랙메탈과는 차별화할 필요가 있는 '블랙메탈'의 교주 격인 King Diamond의 첫 번째 라이브 앨범이다. 두 번째 정규앨범인 "Abigail" 발매 이후의 당해 연도 공연실황을 담고 있다. Michael Moon와 Andy LaRocque가 기타를, 밴드의 초창기부터 함께한 Timi Hansen과 Mikkey Dee가 베이스와 드럼을 맡고 있으며 수준급의 사운드와 연주력을 접할 수 있다. Mercyful Fate 시절의 명곡 "Come to the Sabbath" 등을 수록하고 있다.
