The worst I can describe Hopiumforthemasses is that it's sticking completely to a formula that has worked for Minsitry for decades, and that the songs are essentially good but could've used a little retooling or maybe just a couple more takes with the intent to push it as far as it goes. Anyway, I was into it the whole way through, and the last track is the highlight.
