Necronomicon na svojom debute kombinujú old school Thrash/Heavy Metal s akoby chuligánskym/pubertiackym spevom (alebo aj drzým mi ešte napadá). Hudba je z môjho pohľadu trošku monotónna (hlavne bicie), ale na dobu vydania dosť tvrdá. Stále tam cítim aj vplyv Motörhead (možno práve tá priamočiarosť/jednoduchosť).

1,2집은 91년에 나온 Kraze 버젼으로 가지고 있다. 개인적으로 2집을 조금더 좋아하는데, 곡들이 좀 길어서 평가가 박한가보다. 자주 나오는 그룹의 심볼이 자켓 전면에 떠억ㅋ 1집은 스래쉬는 맞는데 블랙메탈 느낌도 좀 나는.. 암튼 86년부터 94년 4집까지는 같은 보컬에 음악스타일이 일관성이 있다. 지글지글대는 소리가 초기 디스트럭션과 비슷하다고 해야되나

이 앨범은 First Wave Of Black Metal의 정석적인 형태라고 말하고 싶다. 당시로써 상당한 사악함과 광포함을 갖추고 있고, 상대적으로 미니멀한 리프와 건조한 사운드, 80년대 올드스쿨 블랙메탈을 듣고자 한다면 추천하고픈 앨범이다.

명성에 비해 국내에 꽤 안알려진 그룹.하지만 이들의 음반은 올드스쿨 스레쉬를 듣는 모든 팬들에게 한번즈음은 꼭 들어바야 할만한 그룹으로 추천하고 싶다.
