에이리온이 처음 국내에 발매되던 시절부터 듣고 있는 루카센의 또다른 프로젝트. 에이리온과의 차별화가 크게 눈에 띄지 않는다는 점이 단점이라면 단점. 독특한 스토리라인과 각양각색의 목소리를 잘 버무려 내는게 루카센의 특징이고 그것들을 매우 훌륭하게 앨범화하는것 같다.
스타원의 다른 앨범들을 잘 몰랐는데 메킹에 보니 정규에다 라이브까지 있더라구요. 에이리온이 아트롹쪽에 더 치우친 느낌에다 퐁당퐁당식의 하드한 멜로디를 선사하는 편이라면 스타원은 좀더 강력하다고 평할만 하죠.^^; 어쨌든 루카센의 작곡력과 마당발은 저같은 청자에게 큰 기쁨을 주는 아티스트입니다.ㅎ.ㅎ
