25년 전에 나온 핀볼맵의 속편을 듣는 데 재탕했구나 하는 생각 보다는 반갑고 세련되게 표현했다는 생각이 든다

밑에 분들께서 굉장히 좋은 평가를 해주셨는데, 내가 봤을 때는 1집의 하위 호환같은 느낌이 강했다. 전작보다 멜로디는 다소 약해졌고, 1집에서 잠시나마 느껴졌던 어둑한 분위기도 많이 거세되었다. 그렇지만 역시 멤버들이 거장인만큼 평타 이상은 치는 듯한 느낌이고, 종종 들려오는 인플레임즈식 멜로디도 좋다.

Good album by The Halo Effect

The year 2025 starts off very well with this excellent melodic death metal album, which will certainly be on the list of the best of the year. Another excellent album with Mikael Stanne on vocals.

캐치한 모던 헤비니스는 이지리스닝에 가까울 정도로 가벼운 취급을 받기 십상인데, 거장들의 손길이 닿으면 재고의 여지가 있다.
