파워메탈이지만 헬로윈과 다른 자신들만의 오리지널리티를 추구하는 밴드이다. 음악은 뛰어나지만 상업적인 면에서는 큰 두각을 나타내지 못한탓에 음악팬들에게는 항상 뒷전이었다. 본작은 헤비메탈과 파워메탈이 적절하게 혼재된 모습이다.

Riot의 중심인 Mark Reale의 사망 후 새로운 멤버를 영입하여 재기의 발판을 삼으려고 한듯한 앨범. 보컬의 성향도 전성기였던 Tony Moore와 이전 앨범의 목소리의 중간형태? 상당히 흡사하고 사운드 전체가 80~90년대느낌이난다.
