Album of the day #322. Scorpions - Animal Magnetism. The seventh studio album was released in 1980. Oh the high school memories. The first time I heard those great songs "The Zoo", "Falling in Love" and "Don't Make No Promises (Your Body Can't Keep)". Yea those were the days! Life is great now so lets play it again and do it again. "Animal Magnetism" the closest thing to sex on vinyl! When your grandparents say we were so good back in the day play this album for them. LOL Or just show them the album cover that sold over 1 million! Yep they made being stung fun! This was the breakthrough album for the band.

Very solid and provocative album with some really good tracks. The version with "hey you" is worth buying too, this one being my favorite Scorpions track!

"Animal Magnetism" is Scorpions seventh studio album and includes hits like "Make It Real" or "Lady Starlight", which is the only song in the entire Scorpions discography so far to include an arrangement for strings and orchestral winds.

Some more great stuff from the Scorpions. This one is rather slow and heavy, though not doomy in any sense.
