준수한 곡들과 녹음이다. 직선적이고 호방한 리프들이 춤추는 가운데 그 시절 유행했던 메탈코어의 전형이다. 기타 솔로가 많이 함유 되어서 즐겨 듣는 앨범이다. Pink Floyd 의 'welcome to the machine' 커버가 매우 인상적이다.

너무나도 사랑했던 앨범이다.
두 기타가 만들어내는 리프와 애드립은 매우 저돌적이면서도 캐치하며, 자주 들리는 피킹하모닉스는 고막을 찢는 듯 했다. 보컬이 단조로운게 흠. 이 다음다음부터 나온 앨범들과는 비교도 안 될만큼 신선하고 날카로웠는데 어쩌다 지금 꼴이 된건지...

미국발 모던 스래쉬의 전형적인 모습, 정통 스래쉬에서 찾아 볼 수 없는 메탈코어적인 그루브와 파퓰러한 클린보컬의 활용, 그럼에도 과거의 유산들이 잘 살아있는 앨범이다.
