Skeletal Remains ponúkajú na albume "Fragments of the Ageless" Old school Death Metal s občasnými Technickými prvkami, pričom štýl hudby bol už inými kapelami viac krát prezentovaný. Bicie a gitary sú dobré, len sa miestami opakujú a chýbajú výraznejšie momenty. Growling ma moc nezaujal.

Pierce Williams is probably my favorite drummer active now, and this is more of the stuff I just love immensely. The vocals are pretty good, and that's the weakest element of the album. Everything else is excellent. Highly recommended and, without a doubt, my pick of the week.
