시작부터 범상치는 않았던 얘네들... Spire 입니다. 완성도보다 전반적인 흐름이 유기적이었다면, 언제 그랬냐듯 마무리가 엉성한 뉘앙스를 보여줍니다. 비슷한 전개도 한 몫해서 호불호는 시작부터 많이 갈렸던 밴드입니다. 읊조리면서 야수적인 보컬, 그리고 그 뒤를 건조하면서 엠비언트적 무거움을 깔은 기타톤하며 무엇보다 보컬파트를 낮은 자세로 일관해서인지 묘하게 섞인 장르의 모호함과 주술적인 분위기까지 보여주는 모습을 보여줍니다.
