Ak nepočítam staré pecky, t.j. albumy z klasickej zostavy, za novej éry Tankard -u je album "The Beauty and the Beer" najlepšie, čo zatiaľ nahrali (čiže albumy od roku 2000 a vyššie, s novým gitaristom Andreas Gutjahr, po odchode výborného gitaristu Andy Boulgaropoulos). Album vydali opäť po dvojročnej pauze, pričom hudobne sa pohybuje v aktuálnom Thrash Metal -e s podareným moderným tvrdým zvukom. Piesne sú pestré, rýchle, nápady kvalitné, gitary striedajú riffovanie, vyhrávky, ako aj slušné sóla. Bicie striedajú tempá, pričom Olaf Zissel využíva vhodne aj dvojkopáky. Podarené "zabijácke" album.
